Building Rotary
RE Sinclair prides itself on their vast amount of knowledge
when it comes to rotary engines, this has come from years
of experience, knowledge and dyno testing in this specialised
field. When building rotary engines there are many options
that we like to offer our customers. Some of these include:
Apex seal options (race, steel and ceramic), Balancing of
rotating assemblies, clearance of rotors, custom dowelling,
porting – extend, bridge and periphial port, lightening
of rotors, assembly, installation and tuning. |

Engine
Building Piston
We also specialise in building 4, 6, 8 cylinder engines. Some
of the options we offer for this application are: balancing,
blue printing, porting, head work, cam selection, cylinder
head design, assembly, installation and tuning. Timing along
with cylinder head design, valve size, valve lift and duration
is a key factor to building any good engine package, and is
essential to get the most out of your engine, here at RE Sinclair
this is an area in which we excel in. |

Conversion
Having performed many conversions, we are always up for a
challenge. So if you have an engine you’d like to convert,

Fabrication
With mig, tig, arc, and gas weldling facilities if you want
something made, we can fabricate it for you. Inlet manifolds,
exhaust manifolds, cross members, engine mounts, gearbox mounts,
oil, air separator tanks, intercooler piping. |

Wiring
and Electrical
We offer all aftermarket ecu installation –and support
tuning for Apexi, Motec, Microtech, Autronic, Haltech, HKS,
EMS, Link, Wolf, and Emanage computers. Custom wiring looms
made for any application. Rerouting and delooming + full race
car rewiring. |
